5 sets of overhand pullups and 5 sets of under hand pullups using gymnastic rings. doing 6 to 8 reps with 1 minute rest inbetween  each exercise.

Yes very good workout and well explained. I also like the fact that it is all done outside using a tree and the trainers own equipment. The trainer is very motivational and he has me up and out the door doing this workout.
