Couples Connect Live Fitness Class features Janielle's Pilatercize and Peter's Tabata style workouts.
Peter and Janielle Springer is a fitness power couple and
they created Couples Connect with the sole purpose of encouraging couple around
the world to improve their fitness level and their relationship at the same
Peter and Janielle has been together as a couple for over 10
years and they have been married for the past 4 years. They created Couples
Connect because they love working out together, motivating each other and living
a healthy lifestyle. Couples Connect combines Pilates with HIIT, the fun of
dance, calisthenics and resistance training. Janielle or “Jan” for short brings
the fun and excitement of Pilatercize to Couples Connect. Jan is a specialist
in Weight Management, and she fuses many categories of fitness into Pilates to
create the vibrant and very technical style she coined as Pilatercize.
Peter contributes the extremely popular style of Tabata to
Couples Connect. Known for the unique style of music used to complete the
workouts, Peter produces his own Tabata music and designs all his workouts to
suite the flow of each track. Like Jan, Peter is a specialist in Corrective
Exercise Therapy and designs every workout with safety in mind. You can rest
assured that when you try a Couples Connect workout, you will be healing your
body and the same time.
