Description
30 minute leg HIIT circuit, doing 5 exercises.
Exercise 1 is burpees, sets of 6, 30 seconds on 30 off (rest).
2 is jump lunges, sets of 3, 60 seconds on, 60 seconds off (rest).
3 is skipping (running style), sets of 3, 60 seconds on, 60 seconds off (rest).
4 is donkey kicks, sets of 2, 90 seconds on, 90 seconds off (Rest).
5 is Kneeling getups, sets of 3, 60 seconds on, 69 seconds off (Rest).
