1 month workout prescription
Hey guys, I've prepared a workout plan for one month in PDF format.
I have added mobility exercises, warm up exercises, main workout and stretching exercises.
For good results, make sure you are carrying your water bottle and keep hydrating yourself.
If you have any chronic injury or medical condition then consult with your doctor first.
You can use yoga mat and wear shoes during workout. If you are lifting additional weight, lift that weight according to your capacity.
